For all my fellow damn Yankees, hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving and feasted well (just remember to clean up after yourselves, feathers go everywhere).

Submissions and new members should be updated by now. This is also an awesome time to turn the camera on my pretty self for a really self-serving announcement that I just have to get out.

After doing this entry I will be headed to the Boston area to hang out with friends in wild celebration as my birthday is on Sunday! I hope to have BEYOND a BIRTHDAY bash since I am turning 30. Yes I am really freaking old to some of you and probably a wee kitten to a few others. Though I will admit my idea of hard partying is dim sum and the Harry Potter exhibit at the Museum of Science, but I AM A PARTY ANIMAL.

About Beyond Birthday
Beyond Birthday is a character from the Death Note novel “Another Note: The LABB Murder Cases” by Nisioisin, which takes place before the appearance of Kira in the Death Note timeline. In this novel, the detective L uses the services of suspended FBI agent Naomi Misora to help him investigate a series of killings in Los Angeles committed by Beyond Birthday: a specter from L’s past out to create the perfect crime that L himself cannot solve.

Joining
To join, simply watch the club. There is no nee to send a note to join. If we see you watching the club, we will find you…and welcome you in. Be patient, we know you’re out there.

Submissions
-To submit items to the club, send a note with a link to the submission with the title “Submission” or “Art Submission.”
-Please no more than six deviations per submission note, but you may send as many submission notes as you like in any period of time.
-Put somewhere in the artist comment section of the piece that *1313NoteClub has permission to post. We will not post any pieces that do not give permission directly on the piece even if permission is given in a journal or in a note. If we do, DA considers this stealing and we could get into big trouble.
-All artwork and fanfiction must feature Beyond Birthday in some way. You are welcome to add any other Death Note characters, original characters, or even characters from other series and genres.
-We will consider artwork that does not contain Beyond Birthday if it is specifically related to events and scenes in “Another Note,” such as Mello writing the story, Naomi showing L capoeira, etc. These will be accepted at the discretion of the mods.

Content
-All submissions must conform to deviantArt policy and we won;t accept any work that we deem does not follow these rules. This especially applies to the following:
FAQ #565: You prohibit the submission of 'pornographic imagery'; what do you consider this to be? and FAQ #251: You prohibit the submission of 'pornographic literature'; what do you consider this to be?
(this is the rules of the site and we don’t make those rules)
With this in mind:
-Any piece containing yaoi, yuri, slash, shonen-ai, etc. is perfectly welcome.
-Pieces marked Mature Content are also accepted.
-Any piece deemed by the mods to contain Mature Content will be marked as such even if it is not on the original deviation. The original poster will be notified of any changes in this regard.
-Do not submit any artwork made by someone else. Colored versions of someone else’s lineart must credit the original artist.

General Rules
-Do not fav submissions posted by the club. Please go to the original artist’s piece and fav and comment there. If you fav a piece in the club, you will be asked to un-fav it.
-There will be no flaming, trolling, bashing, spamming, or generic hostility or outright rudeness to members, mods, and submissions within the club. This is a fun place where us BB freaks can congregate so let's make it a friendly place.
